Why We’re Hosting This Fall Fair
Every event we’ve attended has been a money grab… the turnout is 80% natural traffic and the fees ever increasing. We’re not an event company, we’re a marketing company, and we promise to market this so hard that the turnout will actually be worth it. 30,000 flyers will be mailed for event promotion (value $9,506.03), as well as a robust online campaign, all managed by yours truly. Timing
Once you approve the final design, all flyers will be printed in our state-of-the-art commercial facility located in Scarborough, ON. Our standard print time is 5-7 days for non-rush orders, ensuring high-quality production for all your flyer needs.

You can choose any area within Canada for flyer delivery, and we can suggest optimal areas based on your business profile. On request, we offer demographic targeting to ensure your flyers reach the most relevant audience.
Who can I contact for more information?
We offer competitive rates due to our contract rate with Canada Post, secured through our high volume of annual distribution. This allows us to provide lower prices compared to running campaigns directly with them. Reach out through the quote form for a tailored quote, every campaign is different based on many factors.
How can I apply to be a vendor?
Every direct mail campaign is conducted through Canada Post. We provide direct invoices from Canada Post as proof of delivery. Utilizing Canada Post ensures the most reliable method of flyer distribution.
What are the setup and teardown times for vendors
All campaigns are set up with a 50/50 payment split: 50% is due before printing begins, and the remaining 50% is due after printing is completed. We sign binding contracts for all distributions to ensure clarity from both parties.
How long does flyer delivery take?
The flyer delivery process through Canada Post typically takes 7-10 days, plus transport times. Transport times vary from 2-13 days depending on whether your Canada Post center is classified as "major," "non-major," or in the "northern region." Expect, at minimum, a 10 day end-to-end time frame, and always factor in extended periods for delivery.
